SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

Lucky J Social Club (“Lucky J,” “the Club,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may offer SMS/text messaging to members and other eligible individuals who voluntarily opt in to receive communications from the Club.
Lucky J is a private social club for individuals 21 years of age or older.
1. SMS Program
Members and eligible individuals who opt in may receive text messages regarding:
Club events and activities
Member announcements and updates
Tournaments
Special events
Promotions and offers
Giveaways and contests
VIP or private events
Reservations or event reminders
Other Club-related information
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Lucky J and the types of communications for which you have opted in.
2. Consent
By affirmatively opting in to Lucky J's SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Lucky J at the mobile number you provide.
You may opt in by checking an SMS consent checkbox, submitting your mobile number through an applicable opt-in form, texting a designated keyword, or using another affirmative consent mechanism.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of membership, purchase, or participation in Club activities.
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

Lucky J's SMS program is intended for individuals 21 years of age or older.
By opting in, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you according to the terms of your mobile plan.
Lucky J is not responsible for carrier charges.

7. Privacy of SMS Information

8. Message Delivery
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Lucky J does not guarantee delivery of every message to every device or through every carrier.
9. Changes to the SMS Program
Lucky J may modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS program at any time, subject to applicable law.
10. Privacy
Information collected through the SMS program is subject to the Lucky J Privacy Policy.
